Noreen Fennell

Noreen Fennell is
a long time resident of Tuxedo, having moved to the Hudson Valley to
attend college, and then after graduation, settling in Tuxedo over 30
years ago. Noreen specializes in residential and land sales in Orange,
Rockland and Sullivan Counties, and clients rely on her professionalism,
knowledge of the greater Hudson Valley/Catskill market, work ethic and
high standard of customer service to get the deal done. In addition to
her successful real estate career, Noreen has been very active in both
her local community and the greater Hudson Valley area. She is a current
Trustee of the Tuxedo Park Library, a member of the Orange County
Citizens Foundation, where she served on their Board and was President
of their Board of Trustees from 2008 through 2010, and a Sustaining
member of the Junior League of Orange County, where she serves as a Past
President. She is a graduate of the Class of 1997 of Leadership Orange
and served on their Board, and also was a long time member of the Board
of Trustees of the Tuxedo Park School. She has a BA in Communication
Arts from Marist College, and a MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
She also holds the GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) from the National
Association of Realtors. She resides in Tuxedo with her husband and
children.
